If I eat a ton of foodz even if ketosticks are pink I can sleep.I tend to think the lack of sleep issue is more a calorie question (as we typically stop eating lots in ketosis due to superior use of body fat). I experience similar insomnia when I am out of ketosis but starving myself with purposeful undereating of higher carbs. The only time I have been able to sleep is if I am eating a lot or if I am on leptin. Both of these interventions suppress cortisol allowing for sleep.
