I was very depressed and felt self-destructive when I deleted everything, although im feeling a bit better now.
I still have things to post on, and obesity is not solved! I also joined Dan Ariely's free online course which I will be making a few posts on, mainly just putting up all the best and important points.
YEA!!! :-) it would be a diminished blogosphere without you in it.
ReplyDeleteI had just discovered you when you took stuff down, glad you're back! .. I agree so much with everything in your last post on calories/glucose. That's one reason I'm always reading all these blogs.. I have to remind myself so I don't get sucked back into mainstream thinking on these things. I'm a person who does not lose weight at 1200 calories if there's too many carbs, but I will on low carb while eating much more than that.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back!
ReplyDeleteI am happy you are back. We value you and your blog a lot.
ReplyDeleteHurrah!
ReplyDeleteGreat choice, Coursera has some amazing content for sure. Wish there was enough time to take every course once I start flipping through their options (and edx and udacity...)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're feeling better Kindke!
ReplyDeleteI'm often in similar moods. I'm happy you changed your minds!
ReplyDeletePlease don't stop blogging, you're one of the best bloggers in the blogosphere!
ReplyDeleteGlad you're back. Just out of curiosity, what's your interest in Ariely?
ReplyDeletebest, Bill
I just find his content fascinating, understanding your own psychological biases and flaws is also really important I think. Besides that, he very good at explaining things.
DeleteKindke, thank you for coming back.
