Ketosis is perfect, but 1 problem

Deep ketosis is just amazing, everytime I come back to it im just amazed at how better I feel, it keeps me in a good mood all the time, I have infinite energy, body fat disintegrates, my attention/focus and memory are better.

But theres just 1 problem with deep ketosis.

I CANT FUCKING SLEEP AT NIGHT

goddamn, why does it have to be like this?

  2. If I eat a ton of foodz even if ketosticks are pink I can sleep.

    I tend to think the lack of sleep issue is more a calorie question (as we typically stop eating lots in ketosis due to superior use of body fat).

    I experience similar insomnia when I am out of ketosis but starving myself with purposeful undereating of higher carbs.

    The only time I have been able to sleep is if I am eating a lot or if I am on leptin. Both of these interventions suppress cortisol allowing for sleep.
